PROJECTS COMPLETED.

- Jib tack is fixed, thanks Dick.
- Two new foresails are onboard.
- Slug installed on boom for keeping the clew of the main down when loosening the outhaul.
- The 12V power outlet in the galley is replaced and working now.
- The batteries are verified charged and it is determined that the switch had been accidentally turned off.
- Two new internal spare halyards are installed. They're long enough to accommodate being cut at chafe points. Also, they can be used for MOB recovery.


PROJECTS IN PROCESS.


- The bolt on the gooseneck is about 80% drilled out, we tried a replacement but find it still needs to be further drilled.
- The autopilot wiring is soldered into the fitting and the wire run up to the electric panel. It still needs to be connected.
- Repair tears in spinnakers. Sails are at the loft.

PROJECTS TO-DO.


- Install a bail at the top of the mast for the external halyard blocks. Rich from the supply shop at the club has the right answer and will order the parts for us.
- Install two additional winches - ordered and shipped.
- Install a few LED bulbs to reduce power consumption. One in tri-color nav light, several in cabin.
- Replace sanitation hoses in head, ensure valves working properly, flush holding tank.
- Rig first and second reefing lines to cockpit if possible.
- Install 2 line clutch on cabin top for organizing deck.
- Change Engine Oil.
- Install another autopilot extension to help with its accuracy.
- Rig tiller extension clip so we can reach the cabin top and still hold the helm
- SSB Radio, has sub-projects
       1) Program Channels
       2) Re-install Tuner
       3) Re-install Transceiver
- Navigation, has sub-projects
       1) Setup computer and software - done
       2) Wire GPS so it can be plugged into computer
       3) Wire SSB so it can be plugged into computer - done
       4) Install software and setup computer to receive weatherfax transmissions
- Sattelite Phone, has sub-projects
       1) Order and subscribe to service
       2) Setup sat phone email service on computer and test
- Trailer, weld to fit Plus-Sixteen and transport to shipping location.
- Shipping, make arrangements to ship trailer to Hawaii and ship Plus-Sixteen back.

- Tune rig, adjust all stays and shrouds.
